All items are dispatched from our store in Bright, Victoria with Australia Post within 1-2 business days. If you require something for a specific date please contact us to check wether it will reach you in time.

Tracking number will added to orders once postage label is created and you will be sent an email with these details.

To ensure your parcel is delivered to you safely, we require signature on delivery with all of our orders. Please make sure to provide us with an address where there is a trusted person to sign for and accept your delivery.

If you have missed your delivery, it will be taken to your nearest Australia Post Office to be collected at a later date.

Online purchases are able to be arranged for pick up in-store at Toko store at no charge. These orders are processed within 24hrs and a pick up notification will be sent to you to let you know when you are able to come in.
